Our Advice Service
We have had to make some temporary changes to how we operate. We will be working remotely from home until further notice. We are unable to meet anybody in person, conduct outreach surgeries or home visits but we are still here to help you with your disability related issues. If you get in touch with an issue that we are unable to help you with we will put you in touch with an organisation that can help you.
We can still help you to find out your entitlement to welfare benefits and to complete application forms to apply if you would like us to. Support under our Coming Together Project
LENOVA TABLETS
We can support people with disabilities who have limited access to the internet under the above project. For people meeting set criteria we can supply a tablet with one year’s connection to mobile broadband to allow them to get online and socialise with other members, their family and friends to reduce the lonliness and isolation that many people are suffering. We have some tablets still available so if you are interested get in touch now.
FOOD & ENERGY SUPPORT
Another part of the project is a small financial package for people who are struggling due to various reasons associated with COVID-19. We can supply a one off food/toiletries parcel or other necessities and top up your gas and electric keys. If you are having trouble then get in touch now. We only ask a few questions to confirm eligibility.
CRAFT PACKAGES
Our Project Officer also completes weekly calls to keep in touch with everybody and sends out craft packages for adults and children, free of charge, to keep people busy.

10am on Monday 4th January 2021
