Thurrock Adult Community College will start its long-term ambition to level up access to adult learning by opening new localised hubs, for residents to develop essential skills closer to where they live. On 15 September 2021, the college has an open event for residents at the £2m Aveley Community Hub, a new venue where free English, Maths, ESOL and Digital Skills qualification courses will be offered plus free Family Learning (Paediatric First Aid and Aiding Your Anxious Child).
