Here at St. Luke’s Hospice, we recognise and appreciate the support and care that family members and friends provide to someone living with a life-limiting condition. This can lead to increased strain, stress and worries on the carer, who may not know where to turn to access help for themselves.
We want to ensure that every carer has the opportunity for an over-the-phone ‘carers assessment’ from our Carers Support Coordinator. The telephone assessment can be the first step for you in accessing tailored support to suit your individual needs. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you would like more information about how we can help you.
Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01268 524973 and asking for the Carers Support team.Further information on how we can support you if you’re a local carer of someone with a life-limiting illness can be found on stlukeshospice.com/carers-support
