World Mental Health Day 2021

The World Health Organisation recognises World mental health day on 10 October each year.

Mental health problems can affect anyone, any day of the year, but this is a great day to show your support for better mental health and start looking after your own wellbeing.

On Sunday 10th October Thurrock Mind will be celebrating World Mental Health Day. Show people how proud you are to be part of the fight for mental health and take part in their Virtual walk. They’re asking you to walk up to 10km, with friends and family and share your progress on Social media. Every conversation, every interaction and every donation supports the cause and helps keep them here – on the other end of the phone, in your local community and fighting nationally for better services and support. Sign up here and start fundraising today – https://www.justgiving.com/tbmind
