A very friendly running and walking group based in Thurrock Essex, meeting at Thurrock Rugby club on Tuesdays at 7pm and Thursday at 6pm.
They run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings*, and meet at Thurrock Rugby Club as the starting point.
* 7pm every Tuesday – around 6 to 7 miles
* 6pm every Thursday – around 6 to 7 miles
* 6:20pm every Thursday – 5k (a more sedate pace)
There are two groups to chose from, depending on your comfortable running pace. No Nomad is left behind. Please don’t worry about keeping up. They will look after you!
