Communities can apply for funding to help make sure that everyone
has an opportunity to lead a healthy life. Funding has been secured through Mid-South Essex NHS which is available for community led initiatives that help tackle health inequalities. Additional funding is also available through Tilbury and Chadwell Primary Care Network (PCN) ‘U Choose’ scheme.

Hardship GrantsUp to £2000 available to charities, housing associations, schools and social services providing support for individuals and families across the UK who are in financial need.
Priority will be given to the most financially excluded people, families over individuals, those with caring responsibilities, and to items that will make the most difference to the individual/family’s long-term future.
