The deadline for the Health Inequalities funding has been extended! The new deadline to apply by is Sunday 24th September.
Communities can apply for funding to help make sure that everyone has an opportunity to lead a healthy life.
This has been secured through Mid-South Essex NHS which is available for community led initiatives that help tackle health inequalities.
Additional funding is also available through Tilbury and Chadwell Primary Care Network (PCN) ‘U Choose’ scheme.

UK Shared Prosperity Fund
The Council has launched a grant programme allowing organisations to apply for funding towards:
- Investment Priority E11: investment in capacity building and infrastructure support for local civil society and community groups.
In order to be eligible to apply, you must be or represent an established organisation. You do not need to be based in the Castle Point Borough to apply, however your project must deliver within Castle Point Borough. Apply by: 27/9/2023

Austin and Hope Pilkington Trust
We award grants to registered UK charities that work with communities in the UK. We aim to give grants to those in society who face the greatest challenges and whose opportunities are most limited
You may be eligible if you charity works with children and young people in care and care leavers.

Forrester Family Grant
Small grants are open to charities with a turnover of less than £250,000.
We aim to award these grants to charities who rely on volunteer support and make an impact in their communities.
