You’ll explore social media, how it can work well, how to create engaging and shareable content and how to fix things when they go wrong. There will be lots of opportunities to discuss how you currently use social media and give you a chance to step back and really examine how to get the most from all platforms.
This course is open to businesses, charities, the public sector and individuals.
