Thurrock’s VCFSE organisations play a vital role in supporting communities through ongoing challenges to help improve the lives of Thurrock residents. To enable us to continue delivering effective services, it’s important to try to understand and prioritise the mental health of VCFSE staff and leaders.
In 2020, *ACEVO’s report, ‘Workforce wellbeing in charities’ identified a need for a more tailored approach to wellbeing in the voluntary sector. ‘Walking with Eris CIC’ is conducting research into understanding the wellbeing needs of local VCFSE leaders.
Your feedback will be used to help create a new wellbeing programme for the sector – designed by the sector, to recognise and meet the unique wellbeing needs of the sector and its organisational leaders. All information submitted below will remain anonymous.
