Thurrock and Brentwood Mind are calling on the community to dust off their Santa hats, pull on their elf ears, and join in the festive fun at this year’s Mental Elf Fun Run and Walk!

This cheerful, family-friendly event is all about getting active, having fun, and supporting better mental health across our local area. Whether you run, walk, skip, or dance your way around the route, every step you take helps raise awareness and vital funds for local mental health services provided by Thurrock and Brentwood Mind.
Local families, schools, and businesses are encouraged to come together, dress up in their most festive elf costumes, and spread some Christmas cheer — all while making a real difference to people’s lives.
