Our development worker can support you to assess your organisation, helping you understand what you are doing well, define areas that could be improved and develop a plan for the future.
You will be encouraged to use the health check flexibly in a way that suits your organisation, selecting the areas that you want to prioritise and working at a speed that works for you.
