One Plus One resources for parents in conflict

Most relationships have their ups & downs, where disagreements and arguments are normal.  However, arguments between parents that are intense, hostile, or poorly resolved can be harmful to their children, putting their mental wellbeing and long-term life outcomes at risk.  Learning to argue in ways that are helpful rather than harmful is vital for maintaining healthy relationships, whether parents are together or not.

Thurrock Council have commissioned One Plus One to provide free eLearning to residence in Thurrock, in a view to support parents in Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) to prevent their situation becoming actual, thereby, crossing the threshold into Domestic Abuse. The resources provided by One Plus One are designed to help parents reflect on conflict in their relationship with current or ex-partners, as well as the impact on their children.
