Thurrock Big Lunches are back again!
We are excited to be part of the Big Lunches taking place across Thurrock during the summer holidays.
These events provide the perfect opportunity to come together with family and friends and celebrate the open spaces
Share a picnic, join in the fun, watch the incredible circus acts, do some sport activities or arts and craft, there’s lot of fun for everyone.
Your Big Lunch events will be held at:
Purfleet-on-Thames – Monday 29 July
West Thurrock – Thursday 1 August
Chadwell St Mary – Wednesday 7 August
Aveley – Wednesday 14 August
Corringham – Monday 19 August
East Tilbury – Wednesday 21 August
South Ockendon – Wednesday 28 August
Plus, there’s the Tilbury Picnic in the Park on Thursday 8 August hosted by Tilbury Riverside Project.
Entry to these events, and the majority of the activities on offer, are FREE. Some additional activities may incur a small cost and refreshments will be available to buy on the day!
The Big Lunches have been organised by Thurrock CVS, Thurrock Council, START Thurrock, Impulse Leisure and Active Essex, plus lots of groups and orgnisations have offered support to bring these events to you!
