An expression of interest form is available on the Active Essex website where they would like to encourage community partners to put forward their project idea along with costs.
The project must hit one or more of Sport England’s criteria which is :
· Increasing Activity
· Decreasing Inactivity
· Tackling Inequalities
· Providing positive experiences for children and young people
Details on the fund are contained in the webpage link below. The proposed timeline for the funding will be:
- Expression of interest completed – 19th September
- Reviewed by the working group – 4th October latest
- Project awarded and starting no later than 30th October
