Participants wanted for research project!

University of Essex are looking for experiences of people with physical disabilities who have received care from UK crisis or inpatient mental health services.

Understanding the lived realities of disabled people accessing mental health services is of high importance, particularly in the context of health inequalities, ableism, and the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Yet, there is limited research into how disabled people experience care within both community and inpatient mental health services, particularly those who identify as having a physical disability or impairment.
