Healthwatch England published a new report stating a quarter of people in England had poor NHS care in the past year!

Healthwatch England recently published A Pain to Complain—a report setting out significant issues with the NHS complaints system, which found fewer than one in 10 people who have a poor experience make a formal complaint.
