Tapestry has recently opened a new dementia day care and activities centre at Rainham Library, just over the Thurrock border. With transport available, this offers a great opportunity for Thurrock residents to access support.
Services can be funded via Local Authority, Personal Health Budgets, or privately and include transport, meals, and on-site support.
