On Wednesday 2nd July, Find Your Active Thurrock supported the Summer School Games, delivering taster activities for years 3 – 4 so they could try their hand… and feet! … at some new sports! Some of the activities offered included yoga, tai chi, mini golf, gymnastics, volleyball, and more! More than 50 Essex schools and nearly 650 students took part in the Summer School Games at Basildon Sporting Village! The event marked the finale of a vibrant year of sporting activities across Essex, celebrating youth participation and competition.
