On Wednesday, 8th October, Tarnya, the Engagement Officer from Healthwatch Thurrock visited the Dementia Cafe at the United Reformed Church in Bradleigh Avenue Grays. She was on hand to signpost to other services and hear people’s feedback about health and social care.
