Essex Community Foundation’s nine-month Thrive Programme gives charities and community groups tailored mentoring, consultancy, workshops and practical tools to strengthen leadership, plan for the future and build long-term resilience. It’s free to take part and open to VCSE organisations across Essex.
To join the 2026 programme, submit an Expression of Interest, attend an online info session (17th December or 7th January), and apply by 17:00 on 21st January 2026.
